We charge a one-time $79.99 trip fee on initial service visits.
That fee does not apply to ongoing scheduled cleanings, and it does not apply if we need a second visit to finish a repair — for example, if we have to order a part to complete a heater repair, that follow-up trip is on us. We think that's just the right way to do business.

Bring a water sample to our Plymouth store and we'll test it for free with $50 in chemical purchases. We'll walk you through exactly what your water needs — and because we're a BioGuard dealer, we use professional chemistry that works faster than anything you'll find at a big box store.

Most openings take 1–2 hours depending on pool size and cover type. Bag/solid cover openings take a bit longer due to pumping off standing water. Closings are similar — plan for 1.5–2 hours.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the pool and equipment, most visits can be completed without you there. We'll call if we find something that needs your input or approval.
Once nighttime temps are consistently above freezing — typically mid-April through May in the Twin Cities. Opening early also gives algae less time to get a foothold while the water is warming up. Call early — our spring schedule fills up fast.
If we need to order a part or make a follow-up visit to complete a job we started, we do not charge a second trip fee. You pay the $79.99 trip charge once — not every time we show up.
